Program Policies

Please review our scheduling, registration, makeup, cancellation and liability policies before enrolling.

Scheduling

At Pure Tennis, we love working with kids and we will do our very best to accommodate your requests and schedule needs. Parents who organize their own groups will receive priority times, subject to availability.

Registration

Payment and registration are required in advance — see Register & Pricing.

Reservations are pre-paid & final. No refunds or makeups are given for missed classes, except as outlined below.

Makeups

All makeup classes are rescheduled due to bad weather only, and cancellations are communicated by email or web update. Because clinics run as a specialized, level-based series, players who notify us at least 48 hours in advance may make up a missed lesson by joining another ongoing clinic that same week only, subject to availability.

Cancellations

72+ hours notice before a program begins: full refund.
Less than 48 hours notice: a $50 charge applies, credited toward any future clinic.
24 hours or less on or after the program start date: no refund.

Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate in Pure Tennis LLC programming, and with full understanding of the risks involved, participants (and their parents/guardians) agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless the property owner and Pure Tennis LLC — including its employees, agents, contractors, officials, owners, volunteers, directors and officers — from any claims, demands, actions or suits arising out of or in connection with participation.

This waiver and any related proceedings are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Should any provision be found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
